These are the Notes of a Speech given at GEM (Grenoble Ecole de Management) in Paris, in September 2015, during a round table organized by IEP (Italian Executives in Paris). The title of the conference was “After the Twin Crisis 2008 and 2012, How to properly finance international Small and Mid-sized Business?”. I intervened to talk about the new banking and debt capital markets’ financings, while Emanuele Levi (General Partner, 360° Capital Partners) brought very bright insights about Seed, Development and Venture Capital financing.
